How much does a home inspection cost?

What are additional services (add-ons)?
The basic home inspection covers all the major systems of the home and garage. Often times, people want to check out specialty items such as a sewer scope inspections, swimming pool, lawn sprinklers, well and septic systems, the crawl space, and so on. RedFish Inspections charges an additional fee for each specialty inspection.
How much do the additional services cost?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to Veterans, First Responders, and School Teachers. We may occasionally have off-season or special promotions as well. Please call for a price quote.
Can home inspectors give cost of repairs?
Some inspectors do. We don’t because the cost of repairs can vary based on who is selected to do the repairs and what they think needs to be done. We recommend always getting at least three estimates to find someone who is trustworthy, skilled, and reliable. Check their online reviews.
