If you attend the walkthrough and are not satisfied at that time of the services we performed, we will refund your money plus pay for another state licensed home inspector to perform the home inspection up to the cost of our invoice. The guarantee is void if you do not attend the walkthrough or if you do not voice dissatisfaction at the time of the walkthrough. This offer expires at the end of the walkthrough.
